Man charged in four burglaries

Fairfax County Police charged a 20-year-old Hybla Valley man after an investigation linked him to a series of burglaries.

On June 11, a home in the 8600 block of Braddock Avenue was burglarized. An investigation led detectives to a suspect and a search warrant was executed at his home. Evidence obtained during that search linked the suspect to the June 11 burglary and three additional burglaries that occurred in the same area.

On June 18, Cornelius Sniper, of 7805 Belford Drive, Apt. 101, was charged with four counts of burglary, three counts of grand larceny and two counts of grand larceny with intent to sell. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. The investigation continues and further charges are possible.
